How Bancroft works for a recruitment agency, in a few questions.
What do I send you?
The exports you already have: your invoices and payments from your invoicing system, and your activity (CVs sent, interviews, placements) from your CRM or ATS. CSV or Excel is fine, and so is a spreadsheet you keep yourself.
When does my first report arrive?
Within 24 hours of us receiving your data.
When do the weekly reports arrive?
Every Monday at 7am, unless you pick a different day and time when you sign up. You don’t need to log in or do anything for it to arrive.
What will the report tell me?
Who owes you what and how overdue it is, how much of your money sits with a single client, and what your consultants’ activity looks like that week, written in plain English with the few things worth acting on first. See the example report on the home page.
How much does it cost?
The first 2 weeks are free with no credit card. After that, Starter is £299/month and Growth is £599/month, cancel anytime. See pricing.
